The app counts your birds automatically: it uses the average number of live birds during the month. At the end of each month, the month's price is taken from your credit. When a broiler Project ends, the price goes down on its own.

How much does Cocorico cost?
6 FCFA per bird per month, with a minimum of 5,000 FCFA per month. Cocorico works with prepaid credit, like phone airtime: you top up whenever you want, and the month's price is taken at the end of the month, based on the average number of live birds. All features are included.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, on the phone. Entries are kept on the phone and sent as soon as the network comes back. Nothing is lost.
How do I top up my credit?
Send the amount you want by mobile money (Orange Money, Moov Money, Wave...) to +223 83 91 86 99, then click "J'ai rechargé" (I have topped up) on the Subscription page. For a top-up of 50,000 FCFA or more, you get 20% bonus credit. Credit you have not used is never lost.
What happens when my credit runs out?
You are warned in advance, by email and in the app. Then you still have 5 days of grace when everything works as usual. After that, the web app is blocked except for the Subscription page, and the phone app is no longer updated. But your entries are never lost and your data is never deleted: everything comes back as soon as you top up.
How does referral work?
Every farm has a referral code on its Subscription page. Give it to another farmer: when their farm tops up at least 5,000 FCFA, 5,000 FCFA is added to your credit. There is no limit: 3 farms referred means 15,000 FCFA of credit.
Is my data protected?
Yes. Each farm sees only its own data, and backups are made regularly.
I am not in Mali, can I use it?
Yes. You choose your country, your currency and your payment methods.
Is the app in English?
The app is in French for now; an English version is planned.
